In May of 2005, my brother had a triple bypass , just before this happen he was in the process of putting a Club together for him and some of the elderly guys to relax at, well he came out of surgery with flying colors, and I moved back home to help him with the place. We want to extend the building and fix it up better than we have it we have painted the floors which is concrete, but the paint want stay on the floor we have water coming into the place around the floor base, we have tried several places here in the area for a loan but no help as of yet , is there anyone who can help us.
